MyGolfMoment is developed and operated by BLYFLOW, a company registered in France.

• User identifier (Supabase ID)
• Team, handicap/index, and tournament-related information
• Photos and messages posted inside a tournament
• Technical logs necessary for the proper functioning of the app

• The execution of the service (account creation, tournament management)
• Your consent (use of the application and its features)
• Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement)

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Allow you to join tournaments, manage teams and results
• Publish photos, messages and interact with other players
• Ensure account security and prevent abuse or fraud

Data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS.

Data is kept for as long as your account is active. Some anonymized data may be retained for legitimate business purposes.

MyGolfMoment does not sell your data. Your data may be processed by technical providers strictly to operate the service.

When leaving a tournament, you may delete:

• Your photos
• Your messages

8.2 – Deleting your account

You can delete your account directly from the app, in the Profile page.
